ID Polishing
• ½ inch diameter lengths up to 7 feet
• ¾ inch diameter lengths up to 10 feet
• 2 inch diameter lengths up to 20 feet
• 4 ½ inch diameter and over,
and lengths up to 24 feet
We can internally and externally polish and buff the following: Tubing, Pipes, Elbows, Bends, Tees, Zees, Flanges, Couplings, Reducers, Tanks, Hoppers and Offsets.
OD Polishing
Beams, Channels, Tees, Zees, Round, Square, Rectangular, Irregular Shapes and Sizes - We can polish them all. We provide longitudinal (lengthwise) or circumferential (round way) polishing for railing or post. Deburring, weld, grinding and blending services are also provided as per your specifications.
Finishes provided
Sanitary finishes from #3 to #8. Preparatory finishes for chrome plate, Grit, finishes from 40 to 500.
Profilometer Readouts
We will provide surface measurements when Ra & RMS reading are required.
